This video reminds me of summer of '97 going to Reno with my Gram, my mom, my friend, my sis and her friend. It was like a 3 day party playing video games and listening to the dance music coming out of the clubs on the strip. Times then were care free and my friend and I were in the prime of our youth.

When this came out I was 16 years old and was under the impression that the "dark years" were finally over and I would finally enjoy a period in my life that was not riddled by a bad economy, etc. Sadly 13 years later and we are worse off now then we were in the 1980s. Ironic isn't it? The mid to late 1990s for me was a ray of hope.

This was a UK release in 1997....I'd have to say, that was about the time Eurodance was starting to fade out. 1993 - 1996 were the essential years when most of the great Eurodance classics were produced.

Unfortunately. Eurodance was at it's peak around 1994/1995. Then in the end of 1995 Happy Hardcore became popular. But this ended early 1998. After that, lousy R&B crap took over. And Bimbo girls like Britney Spears and idiots like Eminem. 2000 and 2001 were trance periods. It still looks after 2000 music lost it's soul. But, considering the 44.000 party peope at "I Love the 90s" last 11 april, I think EURO is still very popular. Producers & Artists should do something with that knowledge.
