hes a well known comedian in Japan. the whole thing is set up mostly with comedians doing things just to set them up to laugh lol. torture but funny

the reason the 10 bit is funny is because in japanese 20 etc etc are pretty much (in english)
2 10, = 20
3 10, = 30 etc etc until you reach 100. which is a new word.
I'm guessing they must be good students of japanese to realise why its funny. Its kind've like when you wanna laugh at the idiot in class who's getting frustrated because they can't say a complex word propperly.
