  • Sad. Unfortunately all too true. Lets all open our minds to prevention. We owe it to all victims. If the worlds legal systems would spend as much time on prediction and prevention of sexual criminality as they do with new laws and punishment, we would have a solution based on reducing victimization. We have some ideas.
