@arkhangelsk25 Yeah, you can only get the achievement when you use an adrenaline. Without the adrenaline, your swing is as strong as you are healthy, meaning you'll probably hit the gong with about 90 health, but to break it, adrenaline is necessary. Using the adrenaline when regardless of your health will always make you strong enough to break the strongman game. To summarize: Adrenaline is a must.

The only annoying factor in obtaining this achievement is that it's almost impossible to get an adrenaline shot in Chapter 4 of Dark Carnival, so you will probably have to start from Chapter 3 and keep a shot from there.

there are more then 5 adrenalin shots in carnival in total on expert :)

Also expert tends to give more usefull items. pills or usefull but adrenaline at some point is more usefull and thus you find it alot more.

it's pretty easy to get the achievements in Dark Carnival anyways.. in fact i tagged several all in one go.. didn't have to come back and repeat the missions.. although i will admit that carrying around Gnome Chompski was a pain in the rear
