  • adorable.

  • I'm so used to Zeppelin's version that my mind won't even accept this song as it is. It doesn't sounds bad, but I prefer Led version.

  • Smoking!

    Thank you for the post.

I have not listened to this in two years.

  • It is the "Paris", Baton Rouge, version.

  • At the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival, there were three guitar players, and it was the last time all three played together live:

    Jimmy Page

    Eric Clapton

    Jeff Beck

  • To Hobartquins and all others you must be Confused yourself because I'm not talking about The Live At The Anderson Theatre '71 lp which I also have but The CUMULAR LIMIT CD which also has video on the second disc! So I was pointing out to help all the people that keep asking if there isn't a better version of Dazed And Confused and more! and that it has! although its a rare CD as pointed out and contains most of Yardbirds last studio work which ends up in Zepplin which is probably why your sore!

  • To all concerned check out the Yardbirds- "Cumular Limit" CD 2000 this contains most of their spring '68 Album they had recorded it has a nice clear version of "Dazed and Confused" plus this was where they also recorded "As Long As I Have You" equals "Tangerine" Among Other Hard & Soft songs from this record that sounds and shows where the first 4 Zep Lps Come From! Unfortunately Jim McCarty & Chris Dreja Pulled This from CD! To Cater To Page! and his fears of being exposed etc! Only 6000 made!

  • @AEDC49 Bullshit I have the Album and you are completely wrong except for 'I'm Confused'.

  • This was definately from the Anderson Theater performance MARCH 30 1968.

  • Was Brian Jones in the Yardbirds? far right.

  • @nognilk That's the singer, Keith Reif.

  • Agree with Page, the over dubbing of audience noise is nauseating. Cool version, I'm writing an essay write now on this song and its transformation

  • Same man haha. I'm in a Led Zep class at the UofC. Great way to study

  • @kelcool46 How was it?

  • Keith Relf is better than Plant...tho I do also like Rob Plant

  • WHY CAN'T WE HAVE THIS LIVE ALBUM LEGALLY MR. PAGE? LISTEN TO THAT SINGER, DRUMMER----AND GUITARIST!

WHY DOES PAGEY KEEP SLAMMING THIS RECORD INTO OBLIVIAN, IT'S NOT GOING TO DISAPPEAR, NOR IS JAKE HOLMS: the truth is the way to honor, why

lie, swindle, chafe? Beck named his album TRUTH. Let's have some, and more and more Yardbirds, as some of us

prefer Relf's more masculine voice to

    Mr. pants-stuff'd-w/zucchini...

  • @JTerrible63 AND FOR THE RECORD:

WE ALL KNOW--WE THE INTENSIFIERS/PSYCHECOSMONAUTS--THAT THE 40 MINUTE VERSION OF THIS SONG FROM THE 1975 TOUR (OR 73)

IS AS GOOD AS CULTURE WILL EVER GET.... HAPPY EROS, VINO VERITAS..

  • Love the way Keith sings in this CD although he wanted to go for a softer sound with Mccarty. The Yardbirds were once again really good live, with a heavier sound, thanks to Jimmy Page and way ahead of their time!!

  • This was off of the deleted"Live At The Anderson Theater"show from March 1968.Another boot thats good is "Last Rave-up from LA".The sound quality obviously sucks, but it gives you an indication where the birds were heading with Page.Interesting what they would have sounded like in 69 in they stayed together.

  • PAGE!

  • Thank you for this vintage performance by The Yardbirds! I love them and Keith Relf is one of Rock's great frontmen. R.I.P. Keith. ♫

  • Not as good as Zeppelin....then again what is?

  • BLUE CHEER

  • listen too you want change for your rerun by arthur lee

  • Lol. Not much of a crowd compared to what they had a few years later

  • I wonder if this is not from the concert they did at the Anderson Theater in NYC, circa 1968. That is the one that has the crowd noise deliberately amped up by a poor sound engineer.

  • It is. Great show.

  • it starts out really good i really like this version but when he starts singin it kills it

hes not exactly the best vocalist

  • haha ignore the 5 thumbs down. Keith Relf sucks. All the way around, even as guy he was a total douche. I completely agree.

  • ehh

when i posted that i was ignorant and didnt know anything to be honest i have been hearing zep's version so much i jsut wasnt as used to it as a was with plant's vocals

but when i started paying more attention to his stuff the more i liked him like his stuff with armegeddon u would like its really good especially brother ego good song and his vocals really good

  • his vocals arent as good as plant's but its still a cool song

  • Keit'h Relf'' and Robert Plant are great lead singers

  • Thanks for sharing 68generation love the song and our favorite Keith is just magical ....

Did you ever get a picture of the flowers from interflora??? I am sure they were gorgeous... We Keith fans need to stick together... Thanks again for sharing....

  • Where were the Ybirds performing and can we find this track?

  • Sorry, I'm not sure. I found it on a bootleg a friend gave me.

  • @SohoDelights Live at Anderson Theatre 1968.

  • yeah really all ive seen was a bunch of live performances

cant seem to find the studio version anywhere

  • Wow I really dig this song live! My favourite was Keith Relf too, but I do admire all the other members of the band...they do produce a real exciting live performance here!!

  • Relf was always my favourite.
