  • This guy is awesome!

  • that sliced bread joke cracked me uppppp!

  • the cyclone left me with a frickin limp.. and then i rode it again for the whiplash

    terribly great experience

  • never seen him this nervous, he picked one audience member to talk to just so he could concentrate, and he still messed up on the word "incredible", still one of my favorite comedians tho

  • Born in the USA? I wonder if Kumail had any part in that.

  • Are UH next guest is a UH very UH funny UH young UH comedian UH man who's making his UHH debut with us UH tonight !!!!

  • HAHAHA "Born in the USA".....

  • @TheFlipanator that is funny I heard it but it didn't register until I read your comment, lol was it intentional do you think?

  • 2:38 .. way too funny, got me in stitches!

  • he has better

  • hes great. very talented.

  • all of his laugh factory stuff is hilarious, this wasnt that funny though

  • loved him in portlandia

  • #LOL why were they playing "Born in the USA" when he came out??

  • Saw this guy perform at my college because he's an alum. So hilarious.

  • @johnnydontcry57 what college?

  • @johnnydontcry57 what college did you see him perform

  • @johnnydontcry57 is grinnell a good school ?

  • were they playing born in the USA rite before he came on? so fucked hahaha

  • HM i'm guessing the 2 people that disliked this are Justin Beiber fans.

  • "sliced bread came on the market in 19......28!" hahaha

  • uh veryuh funnyuh funuh comedian... uh

  • omg david letterman needs to be replaced, he stutters like an epilepitc

  • He seems a little nervous

  • Go Kumail!

  • hilarious! got a lot more comfortable as it went on. kumail has a bright future ahead.

  • I saw this guy live like years ago! He was just one in a line-up of comedians but he was definitely the funniest. Now I feel honored to have been there.

  • Vbar: still laughing 7 months later.

  • Thank you for uploading this!

  • His timing was much slower on this show then on alot of his other stand up bits you can find online. Although it was still good i think some of his jokes got lost in the new timing, and the fact he couldn't curse. He usually says "the scariest experience of my life, and I'm from fucking Pakistan" which for some reason has a little more kick to it. The first set of jokes is new though and pretty good. Kumail is still just starting his career and I can't wait to see what he does in the future!

  • I would hate to do comedy on Letterman. The audience is so far away and no one is drunk. His timing and pacing are slower than the average comedian. He has a pretty unique style. Very funny.

  • @forthewin29 Someone probably told him to go slower. His timing is usually average. Him and TJ Miller make Chicago proud!

  • Pretty good! Incredibly Hulk. Ha.

  • I think the best part is that "Born In the USA" lead him on and off the stage. Genius.

  • apparently savorist has no balls because he deleted his post

  • to Savoris: he's not the greatest stand up i've ever seen but no way is he NOT funny

  • Savorist is really not correct... just wrong and has no perception of comedy.

  • @Savorist You like Carlos Mencia, don't you?

  • Fantastic! Although I can't get over him wearing a suit o_o

  • Good stuff. I've seen him perform at UCB Theatre in NYC several times. He always is the highlight of the evening.

  • Too funny. To bad not enough people know about this man, he's a great person too.

  • @lawrencetimmons94 Let's hope bein on Letterman gets him more work.

  • @lawrencetimmons94 are you kidding this guy is my best friend's uncle

  • his whisper, his exclamations, his dry and sly ways....such funny use of his voice! Excellent. And yes, I still haven't stopped laughing at this, even six days later.

  • @nosewhistle O good cause i was going to ask you, are you still laughing six days later?

  • So funny and so glad its on here!

  • Excellent job!!!

  • Well, look at you, all gussied up-and funny!:)

  • Way to go! Him and TJ Miller make Chicago comics proud!

  • hilarious

  • Interesting how differently timed his delivery is here in contrast with at more laid back gigs. Almost as if he was imitating Letterman's rhythm. Anyway, easily one of my favorite comics ever.

  • Haven't stopped laughing at this....

  • outstanding

  • Awesome, this guys is hilarious!
