I mostly like huge battles in Men of war like theo ne where you were russians and rushed up the mountain, now THAT was fun... this tiny 1 unit shooting shit and then get ganked by a army is boring for me. thats why that Campaign generator mod sucked hardcore.

Ive since then beat all the missions in this game like 2 or 3 times excpet for the Borgs LAst fight only cuz my PC lags like a bitch on that mission =P Pretty kewl game and also pretty iritating at times

This game is fairly realistic, Although the American tanks are quite a bit better then the German's. They can fire on the move, and hit practically pin point and thier 76mm gun penetrates better. The 88mm gun is crap in general. The Flak 18 88mm gun is total junk, its oblivious to anything and its penetration is like that of a knife vs a King Tiger....So, other then the unrealistically accurate yankee tanks and the otherwise useless 88 its a cool game

they play a singleplayer mission as coop. you can choose every singleplayer missions for your coop up to 4 coopmember.

Coh - rip off of this game men of war - rip off of basic tank tactics in blitzkrieg it uses the same mechanics as building and manouvers

This game is in a series. Company of heroes was also working off of things that had been done and worked in the past but it did it in a manner which average people could jump into. That said it made Company of Heroes a game that focused more on entertainment and tactics than game of that made you think in terms of attack-and-maneuver and on the fly strategy.

This is Company of Heroes for people who wished Company of Heroes had been something more than it was.

P.S. I REALLY like COH TBH.

How do you explain that? This game came out much later than CoH. CoH did copy some things for the Tales of Valor expansion, but the original game could not have copied the MoW features.

this series of game goes back in June 30, 2004 with soldiers heroes of WWII. The original CoH came out in September 29, 2006. But I don't believe the original CoH copied much or anything from SHoWWII other then being WWII games.

I don't think that CoH wich is more of a traditional (spelling) RTS where you train units and build tanks gets many ideas from Squad based games SoWW2 and FoW. They all just uses the same engine but CoH has heavily modified it. There you got it.

for all of you who might want to get this game and play COOP ´here is a warning... the guys you use have this thing called AI and when you play coop the AI on the guys you use gets lowered down so they arent so smart after all now this doesnt make the game that bad but from a 10/10 i give it an 8/10 cause of the AI drop it can get really annoying in big fights consider it as a warning!

Hey attila. I have a 2 ghz intel core 2 duo mac and recently got empire total war for pc. I am having trouble after installing it. It says i cannot use fat32 and i need ntfs only on the windows partition collar. I need to install it without ruining my mac's files. I was wondering if u know a solution. Format the Windows partition, and when you do choose the file type as NTFS rather than FAT32.
