@peet67812 Just understand that the song is kind of an echo of what God said to all His servants throughout the bible. Fear not, neither be dismayed. And it is also the theme of what happens to those who believe and are baptized in the Holy Ghost and fire, victory through every trial. He saw Moses and Israel through the Red Sea, Noah through the flood, saved Daniel from the lion's den and his three friends from the furnace that was turned up 7 times hotter. Knowing Him beats religion any day. :)

thats true that this song could be interpreted through a non-Christian view but many things in life can be as well. Thats why so many people turn away from God because they are so focused on what they think God is or life is rather than look at the artist behind it all. Have you looked at the songwriter for this song and asked him what he meant when he wrote it? Its the same thing with God. Take it as you may but the song was still created with a specific purpose.
