That prophecy was for the scribes and Pharisees which Jesus made known when he directed that prophecy at the scribes and Pharisees. Read matt 15 from the start and don't just take bits out to suit your view point.

That prophecy was for the scribes and Pharisees which Jesus made known when he directed that prophecy at the scribes and Pharisees. So the Holy Spirit exist and is the spirit of God, and trough the holy spirit can do miracles. and can speak with the humans. who will Judge? We do worship God, truly believe in Jesus Christ as His Only Begotten Son, and in the Holy Spirit, the force of God. God sent the Holy Spirit upon His Son when He was baptized by John the Baptist, to start His ministry. Jesus Christ did the same, left the Holy Spirit to His Apostles to evangelize everywhere, all the ends of the earth.
