Well,actually Title 8 section 1401 (h) has the answer! Then again if there are any doubts find the answer through INS. The INS website has the rules for citizenship(natural-born/nativ­e-born) under INA:ACT 301 (h) !!! But yet if you still want to doubt then simply find out when his father entered Hawaii !!!!!

yeah well the constitution is highly flawed. also the constituion was passed illegally. the articles of confederation required that the 13 out of 13 states consent for any changes to be made to the articles of confederation. alexander hamilton and james madison and all the others met in secret (in philadelphia where the declaration was also w ritten) to write the constitution and passed it without consent of all the states. only 11 of 13 consented. therefore the constitution was illegal.
