I like the way you treated this scene. You both gave the scene and dialogue room to breathe. Thats impressive considering you didnt watch the movie. Good stuff.
i can't see no body else in this story as frank, after i saw dicaprio in it. he just killed it, the best acting i've ever seen in my life. what i would give for just one performance like that
I am inpressed as well, I mean the competion is like the elite in hollywood for the moment. So day deserve a lot credit for making a that kind of quality in filmschool. Sure, the male hade the heated presence as Linardo. But I think he was more than ok. And the woman seems that she has a lot of potential. She were really good.
But hower I would like someone to try match the performance by Micheal Shannon in this movie. I mean he totalty wiped the floor with Dicaprio, Winslet, Katy Bates.. :)

my humble and unexperienced opinion is that that the acting was overall good. it could have been faster. it would have helped a lot if this scene were better shot--more organized and planned.

hey, I know this was posted like a year ago, but would you mind telling me how did you all felt after you watched Revolutionary Road. I mean, You did watch it after shooting this, right? How was it, to compare yourselfs with monsters like Mendes or Winslet and DiCaprio??? Personally, I think its awesome =)
@Augusto210 : after I watched mendes version, I felt like they treated it as a small scene that build to a bigger scene (car scene) I do like my version a lot but as a short film... meanwhile i think mendes' version is also work well for a feature cause of its length... :)
this was really good, seriously. great actors. maybe the lighting could be a little brighter though, sometimes it was hard to see their facial expressions. good work :D
