once your done doing it go on the main menu of your psp and click select and click select remember to put your battery in right before clicking select note just i n case ask someone els if this will work and the recovery select menu it will open up is only for 5.000 so dont try now

oh and.. mine smoked and it died but all you have to do is put it in ur psp and plug the charger in.. when it smokes and doesnt turn on by itself its cause all the power from ur battery went away. you only need to charge it first. :)
