@afgandominator the 6.0 is rated at 390hp and im pretty sure the cobra svt is right there too. i dont know exactly and im not going to look it up to make it look like i know what im talking about. Im not going to sit here and tell you im a drag racer or any thing. i enjoy both the cobra and gto and its not out of the question for either car to beat the other. from the factory i think the cobra is 0.1 second faster (0-60) than the stock gto with out forced enduction. meaning its all upto driving.

I'm running a minor bolt-on LS1 that is using the stock tune, and I stay within a half a car to a full car. And what a lot of people for some reason don't realize is those cars are in back-order. They are in such high collector demand, that you're literally paying almost double the sticker price in reservation fees and, waiting on a list just to get your car lol

for all of you bitching about engine size. i have a gto and i got it for less then the quarter of the price of a gt500 i put less then 10 k in mods and they cant even keep up no more. even without anything when my car was bonestock no gt, saleen, fox body 5.0 or anything kept up. try to find any mustang for 30 grand (same price GTO was new) and it wont even keep up.

A supercharged Roush can do better than a 12.9. I'm running 13.0 in my 09 GT with 4.10s, LCAs, Intake, Tune, pulleys, and some MAC mufflers. I only put down 307 rwhp, a blown Roush puts down more like 380 rwhp at 5psi. Do the math..

03-04 Cobras have superchargers, and they're stock. Cobalt SS's have superchargers, and they're stock. Lots of cars come stock with superchargers, so I'd say you could consider the Rousch stang stock.
