I ordered a Dell Desktop Studio XPS 8000on November 23 due to delivery on December 3. On November 28 they changed the delivery to December 10.

Last Saturday it went to December 21! The desktop has been paid on November 23 already and I have to wait 1 month for delivery from Poland! There are no parts there they said. No processor, memory or display card. What the hell are they doing there! Tomorrow I am going to ask them for a commercial solution. Let's see what happens!!

The PC has been returned to Dell. Without warning my monitor went black, keyboard and mouse didn't work either. Lost a lot of work. Happened more than 10 times. Two times they had the chance to repair it and they switched the motherboard, 2 fans and the last time also the graphic card without solving the problem. They gave me for free a new PC with 2 Gb more and faster memory, 1.5 Tb Harddisk and a better graphical interface. Service was great though, delivery times less spectacular.

i worked in dell for 12 years and im irish and have to say glad that dell moved to poland!! A lot of dell (not all!!!!) workers were uneducated morons that got very cocky & forgot where they came from,& treated their jobs with " fuck dell" & "cant wait for this kip to close down" i heard it on many occasion,hope lodz works out ok.
