Sure he can jump and turn, but i'm sorry that just isn't a passe position. Plus he looks like he's drunk, not liking the interpretation. Natalia is phenomenal like always.

@minitay12 I have to disagree with the passe comment. First of all, retire' is a more appropriate term. Second, It looks as though his foot is in front, to the side, or behind his opposing knee in steps that require retire'. But, I will agree that he looks drunk in some of his actions and interpretations. Not, my favorite choice but I respect his artistic choice. It seems genuine to himself. Who knows, maybe he loves to drink in his spare time. I say Bravo to this performance.

If you remember Vahktang Chabukiani, the creator of the male role, Vasliev's anatomy, particularly at the scapulae and the lumbar spine, seems very similar, doesn't it?
