jason deep respect for what you do and the load you have to carry in order to keep going. I have a question about this process, are you or the company saying that you could culture a clone several times removed and get the same vigor as the original mother grown from seed? Or is it just taking cultures from a mother to begin with and then keeping the sample alive?
@1Rockbilly Not my compant one company that works with my sponser just to be clear.
Chasing out desease from the plant is said to clone a genetic profile of the plant by way of cell from the tip of the newest growth for desease cannot travel as fart as new growth the vidog is also said to come back.
Do to illness I have been unabke to get my teating started however I hope to bring fotage in the comming months of that as well as LED
Hi everyone, i'm interested in the Plant Tissue Culture but if i know right, the materials are expensive, so anyone know how can i build my own flow hood? or replace the growing regulators? or if there are any page of the topic please share it
Use cups and cover with nylon and an elastic so the subject plant tissue can breath. A pickle jar works great as well if it is a big one you simply use it on its side and used the indside for your growth regulators and so forth...
@Jason0930 is the Tissue Culture Starter Kit on the web site what you need for a few tubes or what beacuese it says Get your favorite plants into tissue culture fast...... is that meaning like prep or a small kit that you can steel do it all with just on a smaller scale?
ive a strain for five years can i get the vigor like i had when i first started this strain ive had to make clones of clones so basically can i go back to the original i had 5 years ago?
I am told by the company this is the claim. I personally have yet to test it so i remain hopefull for may growers would love to get back the original vigor or their genotype (strain)
been looking into this my self lately and i read some were it makes ur plants sterile so if u wont to cross strains its best to keep ur best mothers. also most kits have a silver nitrate sterilizing agent witch is whats used to turn female plants male dont know if its in ur kit but its in the kitchen culture kit. dose this kit have 2 agar dishs 1 for foliage development and 1 for roots both with a diffrent plant hormone aded.
That is awesome! Are you going to use a flow hood to create a sterile environment? If you are doing a sterile environment you can also grow mushrooms. They taste great and help (miraculously) with immunity. Great for HIV positive people!
This project is on hjold pending a city inspection minus the police.
I am now seeking to stop the team all together for I am federally exemtp fro the CDSA thus the city is envoking a By-Law that holds no weight to federal law and exemptions.
In Grand Rapids, Michigan they are trying to make law so that patients and caregivers can be searched anytime without warrant. Why do the "authorities" insist on treating legal medicinal grows as criminal? It is B.S. I will keep praying for you and keep up the good works!
PS- I also thought that your reply to turd nugget @soreal38able was hilarious.
tissue culture has been around for over a hundred years man. With african violetes you can culture a new plant from leaf tissue. it has meristamtic cell there, cannabis does not, and has to be cultured from tissue from apical tips.
very interesting stuff.... as always coming through with some knew tips. soo it saves space an plant count as well if your saving your genes/mother..?? as a new med user an rookie grower how easy is this to pull off??
I cant say how glad i am that youre doing this, i saw an article about this a few months ago and couldnt beleive what i was seeing!!!
So whats the deal you...i looked at the website on the video, after you get your cultures ready and in their jars you just put them in their own sterile container with a light? jw the article i read acted like you had to have dam near a small lab to do this stuff....Just wondering, thanks for all the help and i hope ya feel better man
super vid as usual Jason! great info.. thr vids are flying out, i dont know how you do it! \im a Jason CannabisinCanada superfan.. i hope you got my comment/email giving regards to your health and much appreciation for all your hard work anfd kindness to share, honesty too.. hoping you start to feel better soon as the work it takes to produce your topnotch videos.. great respect for you as a person and a grower who cares bout the mnedicine. peaceandpot and love to you and your family
Wow such an amazing breakthrough. im guessing that the jar works as sort of a fermentation jar, if you will a sci-fi healing dome where selected organisms heal themselves Brilliant Thanks Jason
i understand what you saying jason about what the product does, but how is it supposed to get vigor back, i dont understand that. how is it sitting in that cup supposed to bring back something i dont get that.............
This is my big factor in study. I have had the compnay state to me verbally and in documents in favor this method restoring vigor.
I am the stongest skeptical person out there on the topic if vigor hence look forward to proving or disproving to me anyway and the viewers IMO if vigor was restored when compared to the donor mom.
Anybody know the name of that intro song?

So does the kit come with a flowhood? If you're sterilizing agar then you're not going to want to work with it in open air.

Ive always felt the same with the vigor. I always noticed slower/smaller growth, however potency seems to stay around the same.
Hope this isnt hard to do. Thats my main concern.
