Yes it was a bird you can see it flying from right to left on bottom.This is not as amazing as it seems. It has been proven (Search for the Perfect Swing , lights out experiment) that it is very easy to stop your downswing as long as the decision to stop it has been made prior to starting your downswing. Yes Tiger has already started his downswing in this video but the decision to stop it came way before that point. It just took time for the brain to relay the message to the required muscles.
