So my neighbor QuickcutLA just told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but leaps over 9 inches higher! Apparently he followed the training plan over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | and increased over 16 inches in his vertical jump!

QuickcutLA I m simply a 5'6 chinese kid and I can dunk easily. Anybody can do it, just follow the right training program. I personally followed the one from 50 inch vertical (dot) com but any training plan is fine if they work (which many do not)
