Girls - salt is poison - you should use sea salt only! Tofu is acidic. So are carrots and beans sans garbonzo beans. I am going to try this recipe with high Ph foods. Thank you for your video.

@OldaurGold How is that awkward? I mean, even if it was in person. I mean, it's the superbowl. Who doesn't watch the superbowl? I don't like it, I still watch it.
Thank you so much.. I have another question. So if I make this in a slow cooker, do I put everything all together at one time? Do I have to add some oil in it? Do I need to brown the garlic or ginger or any of those things before putting them into the slow cooker? Thank you so much.
I hope u 2 will publish a nice hard covered Show Me the Curry Receipe Book one of these days...that may be ur next project....Thx for sharing the techniques on the internet...U 2 r doing a great job for the whole world !! Keep up the good work. Thx. Pushpa-Brisbane-Australia
Thanks so much for your support! We'll never say never, but right now, we feel that the visual medium is a very effective learning/teaching tool (and a lot more fun than reading a boring recipe) :)
I loved how you put garam masala in it! I put garam masala in almost everything I make from pasta to even enchilada sauce! I definitely recommend it in enchilada sauce, it gives it that little kick.
Yes, it will be good in the refrigerator for about a week over and above that we don't suggest you do. It will loose it's flavor and you want to enjoy the vegetables while they are at the optimum and not on their way out...
Soy Nuggets are available at South Asian Grocery stores. You can also use Soy Granules or Gorund Soy available in the freezer section of American Grocery stores.
This makes me miss Texas even more than I did before. (and I've been missing Texas alot lately, because here in Norway it is freezing cold and way too much snow!)

This chili looks delicious. I never thought of adding garam masala to my chili...you've inspired me to give it a try. Thank you for your efforts...I learn so much from your videos.
Chilli Powder or even regular geen chilies will work just as well, we just want a little 'kick'...after all it's for a football season... ;) (good one, if we may say so ourselves!)
you would hve to appreciate the time and effort for this. love it. i love slow cooked foods. seems a lot of ur audience likes it fast. what do they know!
How did you make the homemade veg stock? My 2 yr old loves to drink the stock just like that as a soup and I cannot find time to make it from scratch everytime...Please make a video on it.
Anuja , you look cute in this hair updo and those earrings..
Too bad the Colts are playing AGAIN! I live in Indianapolis but I HATE the Colts with a passion! I hope they lose!! :) YAY for veggie chili! I just made some yesterday! I use canned organic beans :) Looks good!
Fresh Stock won't last in the refrigerator mare than a week. To preserve the color and the nutritional value, you are best off freezing it as soon as possible.
Fritos are cooked with animal fat as well. Also, garlic is acidic. I will replace with onions.
