the carphone warehouse has the worst customer service I have ever seen, they are nothing short of criminals, I put my phone in for repair, it came back scratched, i asked the manager to have a look at it and he dropped it in front of my face on the floor, it smashed to pieces, I said I wanted a new one and they said no way, they simply told me to put it back together and write to there complaints department. after months of letters, emails, phone calls they agreed to give me a £10 off voucher?
