My friend, I try looking at the "Much Bigger Picture" instead of paying attention to the smaller details. XD

Maybe, just maybe, Ron was meant to have those powers for a reason...

You know, like that whole "Higher Calling", "Powers that Be" stuff... that deeper, mystical, "Chosen One" kind of thing...

@Reaperluver OH! I was under the impression that the destroying of the statues was the removal of the monkey powers. But it was more like the dormentation of his powers. Once you get zapped, you never go back. Thanks for the "bigger picture" metaphor!

This was one of two times in the series one of our heroes came perilously close to killing a villian. The other was when Kim kicked Shego into the transformer tower in "So the Drama". Both were protected from serious injury by some inherent force (MF by the mystical monkey mojo, Shego by her meter-given powers).

@HaggisMcCrablice I think you mean "meteor-given". And they kind of did kill a villain; Monkey Fist took the Path of the Yono and was turned to stone when he got his butt kicked by Ron's sister Hana.
