The solution is not to throw more money at education & it's not even abt making schools better, the soln is political. Make people stand on their own feet. Treat them like children and they will continue acting like children. Treat them the same as every one else, and they will adapt or die. They will adapt believe me as they don't want to die.

The more you mollycoddle the worse the results you get. The best thing to do for the African American & Latino populations is to stop patronizing them and ENABLING them. Let them suffer the consequences for the choices they make.One important thing is to end single parent's pension. This will improve educational results overnight. By behaving the way you do, you make the prob worse. The people have no incentive to improve and EVOLVE. Liberals are just wasting time & tax money for false ideals.
