From my understanding Echo1 only or atleast mostly rebrands chinese guns, so isnt that jing gong g3 and jing gong g3?

@SuperFinnish Echo1 does rebrand some guns but not all. They add better bushings with the guns as well. Now Echo1 is making some guns that only a few companies make and lower the price for example the rpd, rpk, and m240. Echo1 one also has some guns that they designed there self. Nothing to big. They are not the best company in the world but I say they are worth checking out.

@SuperFinnish I haven't heard of cyma making one yet. News to me but when I heard of Echo1 making one it was about 6 months ago. The closest thing I have heard cyma with an rpk is an convertion kit. Not saying your wrong or anything just saying I haven't seen one yet but I am happy of cyma making one because cyma ak's kick ass.

Echo 1 reproduces Jing Gong, and occasionally dongrade the springs and put on metal bushings.

personally i think the JG is a better deal because its cheaper and is about the same fps and range soo might as well get it the echo 1 might be a little bit better but with some fine tune adjustments and a scope on the JG it could come pretty close in use to the echo 1 g3

Sorry we accidently said the Jg is cheaper. It isnt. They are about the same depending on where you buy it. The Echo1 has better built quality. The Jg has had its fire selector switch fallen off in battle not that fun to have. But other than that problem they both are the same and perfect to use. Sorry that we didn't mention that.

At Airsoft Megastore, The JG version is $116, while the ECHO1 is $150. besides, ECHO1 puts limiters in their guns, so it has less fps than the JG.

Great Comparison. Its hard to choose, but I think im going with the Echo 1 because they offer better service by checking their guns before they ship out. (as they say on website and some airsoft websites)

Well then you should also think of upgrading it with a tightbore, scope, and make it even more accurate. Dominate your friends with it.

Yea I would say it is a decent field sniper. The range compared to the m4 is much better. If you are wanting to use this as a sniper rifle then it is a good choice.

Well mine is set up different. The trigger is metal and the trigger gaurd is plastic. Im holding it now and just like you said fingers dont stick to plastic my fingers stick to it durring the winter. And the paint is coming off just like the mag and bipod. There is no paint coming off of any plastic pieces.

well i bought mine custom for 20 bucks more, and i guess i was wrong. they are BOTH metal on mine. paint comes off mine to, but thats because of constant wear and tear on the trigger. so compromise =o don't buy cheap customs cause all you get is a metal trigger gaurd and hop up bucking more lol...

it is the same company. they are both divisions of the same company. echo 1 is made in the US and JG is made in China. pretty much the only difference between them is that echo1 has slightly stronger exterior

I found out that yes echo 1 guns are made in the us if they have the STAG ARMS trademarks. so that means we where half correct.

@izurz I've shot a real AK47 before. It's a pretty good gun, but not something I would prefer. There's way too much bounce on a real AK47. It's great to fire, has more stopping power, but I prefer accuracy over stopping power any day.
