Considering that Nene gets less PT (which impacts your stats) I still believe Nene is a better player.
Amar'e is a showtime player, who happens to be very athletic.
Nene is more of a team player, who can perform his role with excellence.
I strongly doubt Amar'e can guard the top big man in the league like Nene can.
He's getting more playing time, soon Nene will be an all star.

Amare is the offensive key for the Suns, he SHOULD have better stats than Nene, but the truth is, he doesnt!
In Denver, everyone is of scoring caliber, and yet Nene manages to get his.
By the way, have you ever seen Amare using his left hand for anything?!
Nene is more versatile as he can finish with either hand.

Nene is also ahead of Amare in steals and blocks for the 2009 season.
Amare does lead in scoring and turnovers though.
And yes, 4 minutes of PT can make a huge impact in your stats.

Amare's the best player.
But people forget that Nene is a talented player as well. And who can blame then, really? The guy missed a lot of games over the last few years.
Nene is a good post defender, something that Amare isn't, he's very quick and create a lot of turnovers by blocking shots/stealing the ball.
And he's finally becoming a threat on offense... thanks to Camby's departure and the play of Chauncey Billups.
