Without that Iban number, I could not transfer to my account from abroad, and they bounced all my direct Debits and charged me almost 1000 pounds in total.

Goodwin has shown does not have an ounce of decency. He is a shameful example of a human being. How unfortunate that he has children. It would be better for the future of mankind if this attitude was extinguished from the gene-pool.
Plus the telephone banking department have not got a clue what they are doing, they kept referring me to the branch, they could never help me with a simple enquiry.
I used to work there and as a member of staff they wanted to charge me £28.00 for being £1.86 overdrawn, because they would not refund it I decided to refund other charges for other customers.

I got so annoyed with RBS, I switched to Halifax BOS last year and notice a MASSIVE difference. HBOS use Visa electron services which cover you against all fraud, whereas Maestro doesn't. HBOS are friendly and welcoming, RBS are miserable and rude. SWITCH TODAY!
Which area of customer service were you dealing with? branch or call centre? I work for RBS group. Tell me your problems in detail and i WILL do my best to pass on your comments so they are addressed! Visa electron is not a fraud cover until you have reported the card stolen.
Please refer to call centre staff, the branches have a huge workload. We can't address difficulties unless we are aware of them. Customer service and a over all positive experience is very important to RBS
Is it hell, they could at least wait till I'm out the door before they throw my customer satisfaction survey in the bin. I'm really sorry that I keep giving them the wrong answers.

Incompetent Bunch of Bankdits.

Loki I'd advise you to work at work, keep your head down, and take home the pay at the end of the week.
RBS care about as much for you as they do for their customers, and that is not much at all.
Look for a better job, RBS don't deserve you as an employee.

Funny, because whenever I tell an RBS branch that my bank card doesn't work right they tell me I'm wrong, or that its someone else fault.
I've been trying to switch Bank for over a year, but they all seem to be as retarded as each other.
I'll be closing my RBS account the second someone else offers me an account.
