  • its really a case of do you have any school in your area that can hope to actually train you up to this standard ie, has the instructor himself/herself reached this standard at some point in their life?

  • this is balance! I imagine that in a fight, there would be no way to throw them to the ground! This guys just have perfect balance!

  • Effective for what? where the hell did u see anything in this video that is a strike. its a damn balance technique video. So are you critiquing it based on a strike or a blow?

  • @LungNinYuen lol he dont have strike but some of that is use in taekwondo

  • This are the basic u hav2 master b4 learning all those stuns. because all movements requires flexiblilty to a certain extend. not to forget, some routine like taichi needs alot of them.

    actually almost any kind of kung fu will make you have balance and be strechy

  • ahh kool but the problem is for me that there arent any kung fu clubs around where i live :( so basically i cant do it but i suppose tae kwon do and kickboxing can substitute ?
