  • um i dont think you can drive from iceland to antarctica cause antarctica is at the other end of the word

  • @choctawn Nice observation, Captain Obvious!

  • iceland should teach a thing or 2 to ford, chevy and dodge on how to make a killer off road package!

  • wow great trucks should be black tho :P

  • They use Toyota's because they are very reliable, have a good engine, affordable, and it's a tank on wheels...

  • wonder why they dont use land rovers in iceland

  • @squidgysailor

not strong enough! first sign of the cold and they head for the garage................

  • Funny, you don't see many other brands of off road vehicle making it to Antarctica, do ya? no. Toyota trucks ftw. Everything else is garbage.

  • @phrawgg2 Or the other brands are intelligent and take into consideration what percentage of the world population is going to attempt to drive to Antartica?

  • I still see a good couple of Ford Pickups from the Nineteen fifties!

  • man imagine driving this sucker on the road, lol, be freakin awesome!

  • I wish these were available in the U.S. Diesel Power !

  • Should have used an American piece of metal junk???!!!

  • Should have used an American truck.

  • Yeah, and get stuck in antarctica...

  • Nah.

  • dude iceland makes the best offroad cars ! ;D

  • Really? Name one brand of Icelandic car?

  • @Lamnont iceland doesnt make production cars, but they make friggin awesome modifications to their trucks, vans and fucking busses.

stop being a dick just because the icelandic are better than you.

and also they make wicked homebrew/diy buggies for climbing near vertically

  • I haven't even seen a proper 4x4 car coming from America.

  • Could it be that you live in ICELAND?! Iceland, what a joke!

  • yes i'm a proud icelander that knows more than you about trucks

  • Um, why? If they wanted something that broke down all the time then yeh, i suppose they could have.

American trucks ar't really sold outside of north America, Toyotas are sold EVERYWHERE, probably cos they're a bloody good product where as your Yankie shit was made by 2 fat people in Kentucky .

  • Listen to Jeremy Clarkson much? Do as you're told. LOL @ YOU!

  • lol

You watch too much Top Gear... 2 fat people in Kentucky? Really? Tard.

  • Yah I know most people who buy pickups out side of America are either

    A. From the third world, and can't afford anything better.

    or

    B. Just stupid.

I have a German friend who drives a Ford Ranger.

  • Riiiiight,

So your German friend is an idiot?

The fact is that the US auto industry really, REALLY doesn't perform well outsise North America (south america, maybe a little more than the rest of the world but even so, not much)

The only real exceptions to these are Ford, (who's over-seas devisions are MUCH more proffitable than the US parent company, And produce a much better product) And to a lesser extent Jeep, mainly because the DO perform off-road.

The rest of them? almost never seen.

  • you are a moron and you should seek help

  • Lamnont you are very wrong. I have a hilux because i work on a farm. What else am i supose to drive??? A Salon or wagon.

    Your a idot

  • American trucks aint all that good overall...

Why do you recon US PMC's are using Toyota pickups? Because they frikkin last longer than a new ford pickup...

The handling of US made vehicles isnt very good, they are fast in a straightline perhaps, but roads have a tendency to have curves in them.. Americans never figured that out... I'm not trying to offend any US friends now, I'm just telling it as it is...

  • @19leon73 ya i know. americans in general are ignorant when they buy cars, the smart ones will figure that toyota is better.

  • @Lamnont In my country (Singapore) To purchase a pickup / van you will need to register under a company in order to get one, and they are not cheap : 90,000 USD for a Toyota Hi-Ace
