@iLagman4 It's "free" (included in your MASSIVE taxes) in Canada, but the wait list is a year long.

Sure, I'll do one tomorrow. Back to normal activities (tennis, running, biking) in full amount, but volleyball is still not fully in reach. I think 1 more month.

Hi, did you have to get a referral by your doctor to get the surgery? I want to get this surgery done because I feel this is prohibiting me from doing certain activities. I've lived with OSD for 15 years. Let me know!

@rhather Yes. My family doctor referred me to see the orthopedic surgeon.

HI! I 'm 30years old and I have a huge bump on my right knee. I want to have the same surgry as you but my docter refuse to do that. Where are you? Can you refer me to your Dr to do the same surgry? I'm in Canada.

I have Osgood Schallters also. My lump is on the left knee about golf ball sized. Your vid's make me think I need to get the surgery. Im starting to to for races again and running has made it kill with pain... can't wait to see how your knee recoups.

@vandymcnew Depends how old you are. Right now you should ice it a lot - it will help with the symptoms.

@IvanAndreevich 35yrs old next month. The Dr.'s don't really want to do it want me to, hold off till im older. Im inclined to hold off and I haven't forced the issue but if I'm going to start running again and it continues to hinder me surgery looks awfully good.
