What are the photographic restrictions with a digiscope compared to a big tete lens ?

An example of what I mean is you can't choose an aperture ?

There must be some more but as I have not used a digiscope I hesitate to make uninformed comments.

Im thinking if they were perfect in every way no one would buy a £7000 600mm F4 prime lens.

Not practical all this equipment for travelling around. Imagine carrying all that when you are hiking and trekking around?

Depends on your personal aims as to carrying equipment, I think to "hell with a bit of weight" I might need this .

No one would leave the oars behind if they were going rowing.

I might be daft but I look at the subject Im wanting to photograph and take everything I think I might need with me, yes it is sometimes heavy but I care not a jot about that I just want the end result. Its a good cardio workout and If I dont die from exhaustion I can check out my images when I get home.
