  • deep blue sea

  • @devildragon911 The ice kept melting for some reason, so I just went with glass. Maybe it had to do with nearby pumpkins? The rest of the place was made of snow and ice anyway, though. Not quite sure how minecraft physics work yet, being a new player and all.

  • @Funnierthan24 a light source melts ice sadly :S, you could try moving the pumpkins away from the ice

  • Can I use ice instead of glass? and does it work in creative mode?

  • @Funnierthan24 I don't see why you can't use ice, and it should work in creative mode. Mind you with creative mode it might just be quicker to delete the blocks instead of waiting for them to burn

  • the show you are talkign about is sealab 2021

  • why you did not use sand

    it is way easier

just throw the sand and it will sank down , then cover it with glass

  • @missing1person because you'll still need to dig it out after, with wool you just set the whole thing alight and watch :P

  • i made a cooler one and it is bigger is is 10 by 12 long and 15 blocks high it has 5 floors 2 floors are under the ground. my way is to go in the water and make the glass frame then fill it with wool and set the wool on first when filled.. i would put a video up of it but i dont have a camera

  • dude, the movie withe the intelligent sharks, DEEP BLUE SEA, epic movie

  • Y hahaha hamachi

  • Hey dude join my hamachi network so we can play Id WackySGT password 123

  • @MrWackySGT hahaha hamachi

  • hahaha thanks DevilDragon911 :))) because of this video, I managed to build an underground base :D

  • the film you were talking about is deep blue sea

  • Try this: Use gravel and just drop it down from above until you have the center of the room filled, then cover the top with glass, remove the gravel and place the walls at your ease

  • Outdated? Or does this still works?

  • @19f97 oh yeh still works :P

  • Man, you're a pyromaniac!

  • USE TOOMANYITEMS easier :D

  • Firstly, find a body of water, hmmm, Ahhh!

  • wow biggest minecraft fail of all time?

  • are you on about deep blue sea?

  • the movie is finding nemo =P

  • wow, you're such a funny and interesting commentator

  • can you make a video about how to make a tower ?

  • 6:50 the movie is called "Deep Blue Sea" (1999) trailer v=M-493KsbW6g :D

  • honestly, the best underwater base tutorial i have ever seen.

    thumbs XD

oh, also what i usualy use for light, i have a lava floor with glass seperating it. really cool and bright.

  • you sound like Jeremy Clarkson.

  • u laugh like a little girl

  • @CSxJBSPIPER you seem to know and awful lot about little girls laughs... >.>

  • @DevilDragon911 HAH! You are a little joker? ;D

  • @CSxJBSPIPER YO ASS JUST GOT BURNED

  • AHA, your a joker, thanks you really helped me with the burning wool idea, thumbs up and subs from me!

  • i have been wondering if you cood try to buld an under wotter farm to get mobs items?

  • How do you record?

  • @venmita Fraps.

  • i used cobblestone for my walkway, im so smart :D

  • you can punch the fire out -.-

  • @UnmatchedEDragonKing I am fully aware of that :P

  • @DevilDragon911 lol ok just checkin ^_^ mine craft is so addictting 0.0

  • i don't know if you're still looking for co-op games but the "Baldurs Gate" series on the PS2 was my favorite 2 player games for the ps2 search it, see if you like it

  • i want to make a under water villagey and to get in it you have to find the hidden tel port

  • @Hi675445 2 Nether Portals

  • thumbs up if you would like to see a creeper get in there

  • TMI FTW!

  • Red dead redemption

  • @TheKabukimann if you were going to do it like that then you could simply use dirt, or without wasting wool you could just use wood. Thumbs down simply cos you asked

  • 1) They're called moon pools I believe, the ones that you go underwater to surface in for air.

    2) Is it necessary to use cloth? Can you use wood, or any material, for that matter, that is easily burned?

    3) I used a much slower process that involves building a small enclosed area of glass and clearing it with buckets, then gradually destroying the glass and rebuilding it quickly before the room floods. I like your method better!

    Thank you :D

  • It looks extremly easy compared to what i did xD, first i digged down like 20 blocks, kept note where i am facing, then dug until how i reached underwater, there i started diggin over myself, getting myself flooded, and slowly closing aways water source (i had like 10 buckets with me, with a deep hole to deposit water and make obsidian (hole eventualy lead me to a lava pool)

  • Lol Yo Funny

  • find a body of water...ah

  • The movie is "Deep Blue Sea" by the way. It's a great movie.

  • heres a good way make a big sand collom untill it reaches the surface and then drop loades of sand and put glass around the sand remove the sand and make a roof and floor wand wala thumbs up so everyone can see

  • u dont need to touch the surface

  • what does he use to set fire to the wool what is that tool?

  • @RyannC96 I think he uses a flint and steel, but I wouldn't know tbh :S

  • @DevilDragon911 its fine i found it :) didnt take long to find the flint :)

  • There's a shortcut that requires much less wool/wood.

  • @JuuceBoxx What is it then?

  • @JuuceBoxx Nice XDDD "theres an easyer way to make this, but I'M not going to tell it!"

  • does this INVEdit work with 1.5 beta

  • how do u get so much glass and wool plz reply

  • thanks so much it helped me so much ur the best :)

  • thx for the idea with the wool,

now iam going to build my water base!!!

  • At 5:30 I was like. BRILLIANT.

  • Hey why ya breathe in cuz its peaceful!! and ya gain hearts back :D

  • OMYGOD!!!!

You set it on fire and the whole thing got flooded!!!!!

    Facepalm!

    YOU JUST BUTFUCKED me!

I don't know if I should laugh or cry.

  • 2 min. and 30 sec. - START BUILDING IT ALREADY!

Why do people talk so much????

  • @id104335409 because personally I hate it when people make videos with no voice over and hardly explain anything at all

  • @id104335409 no point in building it without any explanation. its just cause for more bitching.

  • @id104335409 no point in building it without any explanation. its just cause for more bitching.

  • youre so funny :)

  • keep on pressing 7

  • you can put ladders on blocks as well to create air pockets

  • Hahaha my only thought when you were about to set the cloth on fire (I was totally going for the set on fire thing as well) was "Wood burns too dumbass"... no offense to you of course. It just sounded hilarious in my mind :)

  • cloth???

  • @TheBeachKid99 Alpha didn't have names for the items, so the player had to name them they're self

  • Deep Blue Sea is the movie. Great job.

  • I know that movie and I think the chief dies in it

  • will cobblestone work just as well?

  • lol i frekin rofled wen u set the wood on fire XD

  • most epic fail i ever saw XD

  • its clled deep blue sea

  • saw the bridge burning coming a mile away

  • DAMMIT! didn't have the water...

  • wtf is the noise at 11:16???

  • @BeLLiiCosE its the player model farting, didn't you notice how he got lifted off the ground also?

  • @DevilDragon911 No but thats fucking funny, also i wish i had a GF that liked gaming too!!!!

  • u killed alot of sheep lol

  • you can use glowstone underwater too

  • Deep Blue Sea! :D

  • when he said cover the wool in glass and he had the flint and steel i knew excatally where he was going.

  • why don't you use "TooManyItems" instead of "InvEdit"? It's an in-game inventory editor, so you don't have to quit the game just to get one item. Google it if your interested. Extremely useful for making tutorials, like setting up a quick demonstration or example.

  • @12DannyA I'm pretty sure this video was made prior to TooManyItems

  • to make the air pocket just use ladders.

  • 11:44 , thats what she said

  • The movie is named Blue Sea or Blue Deep or sumtin like that :)

  • Deep Blue Sea :P

  • FAIL!

  • the movie with sharks is deep blue sea

  • Wouldnt it just be easier to use wood instead of wool? Cause for ppl who don't have inveditor, wood is a more common resoure then wool. Anyway, thanks for the video :D

  • @RandyPWNZ that is true, but I find wood takes forever to burn where as wool tends to burn quick... maybe a little too quickly lol. And your welcome :D

  • @brickbreak555 not anymore it isn't :D

  • @brickbreak555 tip: jack o lanterns weren't around when this video was made and you can use that or lightstone. Also asking for likes is stupid, so I'm voting down :P

  • @DevilDragon911 its still at the top of the page since its an uploder comment XD

  • why do all the good minecraft videos have people with these accents :?

  • @forgertheepic28 because us people with these accents steal the good ideas from people with proper American accents and make them before they get the chance too /facepalm

  • @DevilDragon911 fuck u. americans own the world u guys listen to use. so its actualy we comeup with the idea and u guys steal it. sad but true.

  • @Mrl3g3ndownz aww babbys first troll. Though I have to say you did make me lol

  • @DevilDragon911 not my first. and u laughed thats what i was going for. im from cannada so yeah i dont got much to say lol. keep the nasty comments commin :)

  • @Mrl3g3ndownz lol, I get a lot of haters on these videos so I'm sure a few of them will reply and have a go at you lol

  • Congrats wit machinima btw u can set torches on glass now i think

  • @destroyedklkk You know that the machinima video was a joke right?

  • I love how you were going to say how if people were an intellectual they would understand why you used cloth.. But then you went and burned down your dock hahaha.. I laughed.

  • You should build a little stable for the animals :D

  • hindsight is a bitch.....

  • @TheDeathbyclaw cos lightstone wasn't in the game when I made this :P

  • @DevilDragon911 oh... well write idiotacross my head lol... sryy didn think of that awesome vid by the way... you do know you can make halls the same way as you made the house Right?

  • i totally saw the fuck up coming

  • @BladeEdge93 same lol

  • Me and my friends did an underwater safehouse and it's awesome, thx 4 the guide

  • Rawwrghf nice laugh "Im Jaloux" :\

  • The movie you're thinking of is probably Deep Blue Sea

  • ...i've been blarged

  • I want it deep....

  • Mmmm... How NOT to build underwater? :]

  • jaja thanx 4 the efficient answer jajaja good video good quality

  • You may not have a 360, but you should try Splinter Cell Conviction as a Co-op game. It's one of the best co-op games out there, and playing it split screen doesn't diminish the experience.

  • jajaj awesome vid thanx dud, although, if you re playing on normal or anything but peaceful how do you avoid a creeper or so blowing up your house? and still use glass so that you can see through....well awesome vid thanx and signing out . Peace

  • @locoram2 I can't remember if creepers can see through glass or not. But I find a nice deep hole all the way around my house works well. Just avoid eye contact and you'll be ok

  • rofl

  • Yes thanks

  • great tutorial! thanks!

  • I like to use Lightstone instead of torches. You can place Lightstone against glass blocks AND it's useful for allowing you to see your project better when working underwater. Water doesn't stop Lightstone from working, you see.

  • i lyk ur voice

  • lol u burn the wood too. that is a big "whoops!"

anyway, nice idea on how to build underwater houses

  • thank god for jack o lanterns

  • i know its abit late, but for a lets play if you have xbox 360 now: army of two?

  • 2 player game hmmm make a minecraft server and play in it? thats an idea

  • Also, I forgot to mention: If you put a sign on any block underwater, it will clear the space and become a breathing hole with out all the work of the glass around it. However, you can't put a torch.

  • This is a great tutorial, man! Not only did you explain it very well, but you were entertaining with it. It wasn't a long boring diatribe, I was actually smiling the whole time. Kudos.

  • This is my favorite underwater building tutorial... "well that was dumb of me, i built this entire thing out of wood!"

  • @neobilionare well thank you very much :)

  • @neobilionare same

  • lulz, i just covered the sea floor in glass and hollowed it out from the inside xD

  • lego starwars

  • hmm i need to look for water (looking out in the sea while looking for water)

hmm where can i find water

  • @hypernade I eat squids for breakfast.

  • first find a body of water... ah!

  • Thanks man, i made a full base walkway to my underwater home.

  • any1 else afraid of squids? ;(

  • hahaha fail

  • you should make a video of how to make a chicken trap

  • @bob13097 what on earth is a chicken trap? Sounds fun lol
