Still enjoying this incredible performance... I think this is now my 30th time watching it (and sharing it on Blip.fm as @avivajazz) Thank you, @waitswatcher.
This music sounded so good, and that visual material was so fitting, that i thought it to be some professional video+audio composition, specially crafted. But yet I was wondering - why the part of the video, showing instrument and a musician seemed so amateur? ))) Until i finally got, that all the record was done by uploader. And that impressed me so much! Cause you don’t often find someone, who’s good with oud, you know… man, - grate tune! Please keep up!
This is really, truly awesome. This is about my 15th time hearing it during the past year... and I never ever tire of it. It's perfect, and I consider it the equal of the very best that's here on YouTube in the "mali blues" and "desert blues" genre. Fantastic!
When I see someone who's not from West Africa playing West African music my heart goes out to them. Not many people are willing to know about our culture. It means you must be a good man.
Wow, how you never fail to impress me Pascal. This tune is exciting, as well as the visuals. You got so much feeling in your music, if I were a more successful filmmaker I'd offer you an offer you wouldn't want to refuse. Man, I'd write a movie for your music :o)
Great tune WW, i can immediately recognize the malian influences, Ali Farka Toure is one of my favorite african artist with Salif Keita and Ba Cissoko. For me which has been sevral times in Africa yur music is bringing back lots of memories, the baobab, smiles of children, women pounding to prepare the fufu and so on ........Great song ! If you permit me I would like to add some treatment to it and submit to you....
Genial!! 5 Sterne!!
Love your music. Thanks for this.
