These must have some sort of a deceleration sensor, so they only pulse under heavy braking rite ?????

there's a small circuit working behind it.

Ofcourse this BMW model may have that as OEM, its one of the best cars around.

I've that circuit and will be making my 3rd light Strobe and then become constant.

where did u get these bulbs/who makes them?

is it more than a bulb?  ie-vehicle interface of some sort?

Rush hour will be even worse with all those strobes.

They only pulse under heavy breaking conditions :)
