you had some bad luck there, but i had an even worse event once... cyan whas getting ready to use his final swordtech (the one that tries to kill every enemy in the group) when he got confused, thus making him use it on MY group. this, of course, instantly annihalates my entire party...

i just finished the cave thanks to this video!

it helped A LOT.

i got through the cave, got Locke back, killed the dragon and found out how many dragons i had left, (3), and i got 2 new espers. and i got the moogle charm before i went in.

it helped a lot too!

I feel your pain. I always get frustrated going through here. Except for Kefka's Tower, this is the only other place in the game I ever use the Moogle Charm(or Molulu's Charm or whatever it's called in the Woolsey version).

This is why I go for Mog as soon as possible. I'm obsessed with getting "No Encounters" in this FF8 and FF10.

Ya, I usually do go for mog before I come here, just this time I had the big idea I wanted to have Locke before I even go to narshe lol also No Encounters is good for heavily encounter areas, but don't abuse it unless you're doing an LLG (low level game)

Final Fantasy battle themes just sound tough to parody. You didn't do that badly, though the lyrics could have been a little better than they were.

Don't get any ideas about me spoofing FF II music. I find some movements just too fast to put words to. :-)

Actually, no. Its really just based on personal experience. It seems that 72 always follows, causing grief everywhere. I mean it; its EVIL.

@TimeTravelinChrono 6+6x6=42 remember BODMAS/BIDMAS to determine the order of the operations(whatever they call it these days) brackets, powers of/indices(i.e squared, cubed, square root etc) division, muoltiplication, addition and subtraction.

For 6+6x6 you first do 6x6 to get 6+36 which equals 42

To make 72 the correct equation would be (6+6)x6 as you do 6+6 to get 12x6 which equals 72.

(From my run of this game every 10 steps meant random battles)

its possible, but god were they frustrating this time around lol makes me wish I had moogle back already (I normally do) but I had this big idea to wait till I had locke before even going to Narshe (meaning before moggy too lol)
