  • Just do a couple of sets and tomorrow morning you will know what muscle groups is it for :) but on the other side, no walking that day :D

  • I saw some of these kids guys at wootens

  • interesting music combination

  • @MadSkillsJohn Ha ha, thanks!

  • Can you share the reps and sets of the pushups you have them doing? Also, what is the benefit of doing the push-ups with one hand in front of the other?

  • @jeremiahteuscher Sets and reps will vary depending on who is doing them, etc... there is no 'right' answer. When you change the hand position you change the way the upper body gets worked (slightly)... different range of motion. Thanks for watching!

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom Cool, thanks for the quick reply. I tried the pushups last night at the gym. I could feel the difference in muscles they were working. With sometimes not having access to weightroom I am always searching for strength exercises using body weight.Love the videos...hope to see many more!

  • @jeremiahteuscher Glad you like!

  • @kanaan009 You can just use a paper plate!

  • yeaa ... well i found some strength and conditoning programs but i dont know which one will benefit me the most .. oh and i kno how yoiu said the "6-week guard workout program" is OLD ... but yea .. will is benefit me?

  • @TheAllDayBaller If you were looking to BUY the JumpSoles, then you need to be willing to BUY a quality training program.... it is an investment in your development. The BEST thing you can do is get on the 10 week Can He Dunk? program... click the link at Shop dot Stronger Team dot com!

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom NO its because iknow how to make them haha [x

and yeah but im mostly looking to improve my skills ! im trying to get the Ganon Baker Basketball : A Point Guard Workout Vol. 1

  • why dont you recommend JumpSoloes ?? because from what i heard they work!

  • @TheAllDayBaller 1) They don't 2) They're dangerous

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom From what i heard they work, and they are not dangerous if used correctly!

  • @TheAllDayBaller Then why are you asking me if you already 'know' the answer? I still 100% disagree...

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom Well because i want ur opinion ...

  • @TheAllDayBaller I know, I am just messing with you :) Just keep in mind, if you ask 10 people a question you might get 10 different answers... and aren't any 'closer' to finding an answer. I am telling you that JumpSoles do NOT get ANY better results than a well crafted strength & conditioning program... and they do put your Achilles/calf/ankle at a higher risk of injury.

  • Alan,

Where can I get the discs you have the guys working out on? Thanks, Greg

  • @gregmy12 Gilding Disc dot com!

  • SEARCH UP -- IRON GYM ! -- do you recommend it ? because i don't wanna take my chances by lifting weights !

  • @TheAllDayBaller Everyone is entitled to their own opinion... but ALL basketball players need to be on a year round, progressive, safe, strength training program. Period.

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom Yeah, the IRON GYM is for strength training ! I want to know if it works though, 'cuz i dnt want to take my chances with weights!

  • @TheAllDayBaller I still don't understand why you think weights are 'bad'...

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom 1.) I dont want to take my chances with weights stunting my growth ... 2.)Dont have a Basketball Strength Program .. 3.)Dont really ever see results [muscle mass] ..

  • @TheAllDayBaller 1) Weights do NOT stunt growth... that is a myth... you have been grossly misinformed, 2) If you are a BASKETBALL player then you should do a program that was designed for BASKETBALL players... not a generic program, 3) If you haven't seen results... then either you haven't followed a quality program OR you haven't given a good enough effort with enough consistency...

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom Uhmm okay thnx for all of your information! (:

But do you think i can still use the IRON GYM about 3-4 times a week? nd STILL do a basketball program ??

ohh nd do yu think your "The Definitive 6-Week Guard Workout" would benefit me ??

  • @TheAllDayBaller Again, I have NO idea what the Iron Gym even is... I just know it isn't specific for basketball players... that 6 week guard workout is OLD... you need to go to Shop dot Stronger Team dot com and get on one of our updated programs!

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom Well i cant afford one of your DVDs right now :/ ... sooo is there any other FREE program you recommend ?

  • @TheAllDayBaller Nope, sorry.... but if you email me directly I will gladly give you a $10 coupon towards any DVD or downloadable PDF... you need to be willing to invest in your game. Was the Iron Gym free?

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom How can i email you directly? Oh and is there any SPECIFIC program you recommend for me? and haha yes, acually is was free .. i got it as a gift !(:

  • @TheAllDayBaller Alan at Stronger Team dot com

  • Do you recomend the Iron Gym for a 14 year old boy looking to build muscle and strength ? .. pros and cons?!

  • @TheAllDayBaller One, I have no idea what the "Iron Gym" is.... two, if you want to know what I recommend you need to check the programs at Shop dot Stronger Team dot com!

  • Coach- why go slow on everything?

  • @03timbalandmvp To reduce momentum and keep tension on the muscles you are trying to work!

  • Love it Coach, keep doing big things!!! Thanks for all your feedback.

    Coach Nelly

  • @coachnelly8 As always, I truly appreciate your kind words and support....

  • @SMARTERTeamTraining Thank you sir!

  • u always pic the bomb music wit ur video's .....where can you get the disc ...I have used paper plates before ....lol they don't last long!!!!!! appreciate u and your work

  • @tflowerty Thanks. When I retire from being a strength & conditioning coach I am going to be a DJ :) If you get the paper plates that are pre-coated in wax.... they should last a while (I have had some last for years!). If not, Google "Gliding Discs"...

  • i like the quote at the end ! n classic song

  • @JustShac Thanks! I thought that song was perfect for what we were doing...
