How to do the second kick correctly ? I myself and most local swimmers do the second kick BEFORE the head and upper body come out of the water (btw... Wu Peng, Chinese Olympic swimmer does this too). I know the correct one is that the second kick should be done AT THE SAME TIME the head comes out of the water. I have seen this from several videos displaying Dennis Pankratov,Michael Phelps, etc., as well as in this video.
Anyone has the name for this track? Sounds like a track from one of the Cafe del Mar albums.

@lexsoft Maybe.. Try to pull your arms first.. After that, let the kick done automatically.
