People choose to collect welfare. It is a choice. This is not a 4th amendment issue.... If you don't want the test, don't sign up to recieve tax payer money. Just like looking for work - if you don't want to be drug tested by a prospective employer - you don't apply for that job. That simple.

Me neither - but let's get a sense of proportion here; what's the chance? What is REALLY the chance of it happening and ending in an accident? The chance is MINUTE, and nowhere NEAR justifies the routine testing of everyone as normal procedure.
