You're supposed to weigh yourself once a week. If you weigh yourself everyday, you'll get discouraged because your weight fluctuates during the day. Make sure you drink tons of water to flush everything out too. Tons of water helps as well. Keep it up, you're doing amazing! :)
Once a week if you soo need to, I do it once or twice a month after I ate. I trust my body to do the right thing if im doing the right thing, no need to monitor it like a overprotective parent.

I think that you should weigh yourself once a week, but if you really want to, twice a week is also ok, but I find that looking at weight loss/gain over a week is best. Also, weigh yourself at the same time of day in order to get useful results.
I'd say weekly, man. If that's what people are saying is best then do that. You're pretty dedicated to this and I would hate to see you get discouraged at this point, if every week is going to help keep you going then that's what you need to do. :)
another useful thing is if you have an Itouch....there is this app called lose it which helps record what you ate and what types of exercises you did......how ever it is limited to what types of food.
Yeah, once a week is best, that way your actually seeing results. From exercising, there's water weight which goes up and down all the time. That's what you are seeing. Also, do it in the morning cause that's when you don't have anything in your stomach and can get an accurate reading. Oh, and don't wear a lot of clothes, it weighs you down.
during the summer last year i weighed my self everyday and i would bounce to 170 to 174 back to 170 alot of it is water weight if u drink lots of water during your work outs so i would say check your weight once a week
2 months later your the same weight come on man we believe in you!
