@KWAcentral I guess that would depend on whether or not PMonkey2 is a seasoned airsofter. Does KWA have any interest in producing shotguns? As training tools most if not all of my close quarter tactical equipment is KWA or KWA OEM. I'd be greatly interested in a shell ejecting Kel-tec KSG for both training and for having a good time. Compatibility with existing Tanaka and Madbull shot shells would allow seamless adoption with other training tools.

@SavageInsight There are lots that must be done in order for any airsoft gun to come to market. Shot guns hit a grey zone in terms of being useful tools and replicas. It's hard to get both down right. On one hand, people who want training would want the shell ejection. However, any practical airsofter will look at that as a potential source of loosing shells and money. I would like to see a shotgun myself, but if they did make one, it would be hard to choose which one is design is better.

the kriss will not take any atp/glock mags. the atp is based off of the glock, thats why the glock mags work. if u dont beleive that, compare the slides. they r pretty darn close cept the atp has the edges trimmed off so its bot a box. you cant say the atp is based off of.40 because it isnt a real gun!!! compare them and that is the most logical explanation

No but upon this video, and experience with kwas guns. Kwa has no recoil, except very little recoil from mp-7 and mp9 on full auto.

This based upon the shoulder firing test has no recoil what so ever. This is just a prototype but i will imagine the bolt assembly weight (which determine recoil in gbbs) will stay the same. In RS the kriss' purpose is to negate recoil and so does the airsoft version. I dont complain in realism and function, i only complain on lack of "recoil".

Kwa annouced it will be using ATP mags and comes with a KRISS extended atp mag that can interchange with atp style mags. Atp is based on the g17, in RS the KRISS takes Glock 23 mags amd vise versa.

The atp is not based on the 9mm model of glock, it is .40, the kriss is .45 acp. But in airsoft kwa said it will use atp (.40) mags.

@Kphunk16 no, i can guarantee you that the ATP is based on the 9mm Glock 17. that is why the older m17 style magazines will fit into the ATP. Also why my atp mags fit my 9mm fobus magazine holder. The KRISS is strictly based on the .45 acp, there for the mags WILL NOT FIT.

@Kphunk16 The ATP and the KRISS do not have interchangeable mags. The ATP is based on a 9mm frame and the KRISS is utilizing a .45 cal double stack magazine. The two guns do not match.

@SuperKingNNN The Kriss is estimated to be under $400. But it is an expensive gun, it is fully licensed and most likely cost a ton to engineer. So if you want a Kriss, start saving up! honestly, it feel so solid, that I almost mistaken it for the real Kriss vector

if they were to make an electric verion of the kriss this wouldnt be considered a aep because there would be alot of room for a full size gearbox in the space where the bolt goes down and it would probably be cheeper for mags and you wouldnt have to worry about gas and the gun itself would be cheeper so in my opinion it could be interesting if they were to make an electric version of this gun

@AirsoftRiverside123 No problem. My defensive comments to the earlier posts were because of false information and spamming. The KWA Kriss indeed does not have the strong kick into the shoulder because the bolt simulates the real deal where the bolt goes downward to mitigate the recoil.

@greatwatermelon Thank you for sharing. It pretty much what I was saying the first time around. The Kriss Vector was meant to mitigate recoil. The KWA Kriss replicates the same, causing any recoil to be even less.

The whole point of a GBB is to have recoil...

@MudHut67 The point of a GBB is to use gas as the main source of propellant to blow back the bolt in order to cycle the gun. Recoil is the by product and is not the aim of GBB's. It also doesnt help that this gun in particular has been designed to reduce and limit recoil just like the real one. Yes, this gun does in fact have the SUPER V recoil system in it. So, the little recoil you would have felt has been reduced even more. BTW the real Kriss does not kick very much either.

Well if you think people choose gas over electric power just because it is gas, then you aren't well informed when it comes to the airsoft market. People choose EBB systems (which stop firing when the last BB was fired) because they feel gas is too unreliable and expensive, then people choose GBB for the full cycling and yes, the recoil. Why do you think people replace your MP7s bolt with a steel one? to add more recoil.

@4everUSNavy fps doesnt determine how good the gun is for one thing and most aeps shot 250 to 300 depending on the style of gun and electric is more reliable and practical because they work in all temperature and any "professional airsofters" as you call them would agree with me im not saying gas isnt as good because i run all gas guns anyway however aeps are more practical because they work all the time not just in warm weather and they hold more bbs which is also more practical

@AirsoftRiverside123 it does when you cant even feel anything and the shots are just falling to the ground after 75ft. yes AEPS work better in cold climates. But as long as it isnt freezing like 30. Most GBBs will work fine. CO2 GBBs work in almost all temps too. The best AEP are the Tokio Marui Scorpion and i paid $200 for a gun to fall apart after 3 days. I not the only one who will say that. FPS and RPm were just sad
