Thanks for your video,I'm still on my training on telemarketing so i got a lot of work to do...How do you solve "Im interested but I have to speak with my spose..." situacion witch is,in my experience till now, just a last try to escape( and succesfull one when they speak to me,for now :S)?
You should have a parody....and bring up some funny horror stories of psycho sales people that don't take no for an answer or other "don'ts" in the sales business. Just a thought.
Yes, especially in this down economy. The salesperson is broke so he/she thinks everyone else is so they, the salesperson, looks for a no - they want to hear it so they can get over it and go to the next "no." Vicious cycle for some salespeople.
I need another point of view. Someone who can reach out in a different angle to help me accelerate. "Fighting the Word 'NO'!" was your first video I've seen and I SUBSCRIBED! I'm looking forward to watch your other vids. Thanks & keep it up-Charles
A good tip that might be usefull, is to add your personal website to the "About this video" information. I have been top thre salesman in totat att my salesoffice, but where missing consistancy, i am to much of a mood swing person. Reminders from your vids to kep it up has increased sale i would say 25%. Many thanks from Sweden.
Thanks for the information you provided...like your video..please do more..thanks

Nice work. I think many people telegraph their no's and then they get them.
We all need to keep this in mind when we are trying to sell.
