i have an unrelated question, you know those G.I shovels, where they REALLY used for melee combat specifically, and not for digging, or for doing a job but in DOD its a melee weapon for no reason?

It's something in Axis IRL kit, and it would be boring CSS if both had knives, so they decided, "How fun would it be to hit a rocketeer from behind with a shovel in hand?" "Umm.. FUCKING ALOT! :D"
