Easyer:

1.Copy the picture

2.Put a Gaussian Blur on the secound picture

3.Delite the first on all places were are you have to correct the skin ;)

So your picture is in 1min perfectly done!

You can use the healing brush as well for some of these areas like pimples and moles and such. Not so much for wrinkles though.

you know.. you did a great job.. BUT xD normally when a person looks like that, it's normal you see a little shadow under his/her eyes.. ^^ otherwise you're not using muscles to bring up your skin to hide a little of your eyeball ^^ anyways, I hope you understand xD
