You pussy need to file lawsuits if you want stop this. You also need to have a hidden camera inorder to gain access and make dam sure that you keep it unnoticable. You need to sue the officer in federal court, also find out were he lives and conduct a interview their. A trick I use is find were he lives and trip outside his home this way their is no shield protection from the city. Another is to sue in Federal court for Const. factor etc.
