Why would they need to go to college? Multiple drug offenders have been to jail right? If they go to prison, even better! Our penal institutions have a fine education track record...

MOST pot heads are confident THEY will never get caught.

And many people weigh the risks of getting caught with the benifits "Hmm I can smoke this joint.. which is very pleasent. And their is a slim chance I will get caught.. pass that joint" (But I guess that is because I am white)

Taking away underage drinkers financial aid? The alcohol companies probably have to much lobbying power for that! Even if the majority people did agree with that..

It's illegal! Plain and simple. That means there is money to be made from it by our government. Hmmm. If drugs are bad then they should lock em up in hospitals not prisons with real criminals. The government is making things worse overall for everyone whose pockets are not being lined with the dirty money made off of exploiting an addiction.

Why can't drug users get off on a "insanity" plead..

They call drugs addictive right?

If you are ADDICTED to something, you feel you HAVE to HAVE it..

Or in some causes.. YOU DO.. in order to function..

Isn't this really imoral then? Locking up someone who (feels they) NEED(S) something?
