I love lost so much shame there's only 13 episodes this season. After that its January 2009 that we will be watching series 5! :(

The man at the end is Horace Goodspeed from the episode "The man behind the Curtain". He belonged to the Dharma Initiative and he is the guy who brought Ben and his dad to the island. He was killed by the poisonous gas of Ben, who found him dead, sitting on a bench with his nose bleeding.
