Correct me if I am wrong, but there was very little information I could find about it. Anyways, it seemed fairly close to Laveyan Satanism, except a few small changes and the belief that Satan is actually a real deity that you have to swear yourself to.

It is referred to as the only true Satanism since it sets a person as the most important thing in their life, basically we are our own god. And honestly, one must be quite weak minded or insane to believe in anything more. To worship Satan as an actual Deity puts you in the same category as those who worship God. Shows you seek guidance and are just as weak minded.

It is symbolic in its usage of Satan, due to how he rebelled against God and was punished for it. To the common person it is important due to the symbolism, since few practice the use of magic or even believe in it. As a species, we need some form of rules to keep us from resorting to our true animalistic nature with the desire to kill each other.
