m3morii the splash are not tracers. The gun here is basically equipped with Incendiary rounds meaning the bullets heat rounds. When fired these bullets release large amount of heat to be released. This is the reason why your eyes can see them, normally bullets are too fast to the eyes. These high heat rounds are usually use today because it causes massive damage in almost everything. The splashes that you see are the bullets hitting the target with ricochet of bullet fragments from impact.
