I'm surprised you purchase banana peppers. I would think you would grow and pickle your own. I love pickled ANYTHING!!! Looks like a real tasty pizza. Thanks for the video!!
@jcrefasi1 sorry for the late reply! YT didn't send me your comment. Its 3 1/2 to 4 cups of flour. I updated the vid description with a link to our site with a printable recipe.
Make the pizza like above except when it comes time to add cheese, add shredded cheddar, browned and drained hamburger meat crumbled up and a little pizza cheese and cooked crumbled bacon. I've never made bacon cheeseburger pizza but I have made pizza. I always make the sauce myself but never tried making the dough. Next time gotta try making my own dough.
Fantastic looking pizza! Do you ever make bacon cheeseburger pizza? I make it quit a bit, especially in the summer when my maters are ripe, I just use sliced maters instead of sauce.
I had worked all day in my garden, wanted pizza for dinner and I felt too lazy to make sauce for it. So I just used sliced tomatoes. It's my preferred way of making pizza now.
I use to make tomato slice pizza all day when I worked at a brick oven pizza place...try a little, oil the slices, some fresh basil and flesh garlic, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and top with very little cheese or no cheese at all if you like it light. I believe its called a pizza Magarite or Margarita? Please post if you have the name. THX
I have to admit -- I thought you would be filming your wife doing this! Wow -- a man that cooks! That's great! My husband is our resident breakfast cook, (I'll never be able to make whole wheat pancakes like he can.) I've never tried to make pizza from scratch. . . I may have to try that. I mean, if a guy can do it (TEASING!). Another good video. : )
Love your videos, but i didn't notice how much flour you used. Could u post the recipe? Please

Excellent. Any video that saves me a few bucks is alright by me. Just the right level of detail in this one, too - not too much, not too little.

Yes, that's exactly how I make it. When you make the dough, try a foccacia dough, it's pretty fast and easy. That's what I use.

really? just cover the dough with sliced maters, how did you come up with that? you don't use sauce at all, how about a little half and half???
