You might already know this, but i'll reply anyway. MBLAQ members get 'punished' when:

For G.O = If the hosts mention 'namja' (Boy/Man)

For Seungho = If the hosts mention 'Geunde' (But/However)

For Thunder = if the hosts say 'Jeongmal' (Really)

For Joon = if the hosts say 'Goon' (it's an ending used at the end of names (usually male names). So if the hosts say 'Joon-goon'). So when Bongsun said "Seungho-goon", Joon flies

For Mir = If the hosts say 'ne' (Yes)
