Dr William Happer is a professor in optics and RF spectroscopy, he has no ties to climatology whatsoever. The fact that anybody, let alone this professor, are saying the earth has not warmed in the last 10 years goes against all scientifically peer reviewed evidence and is laughable.

Of course they think they are @ the top, yet there is a good elite too above them, & we cannot simply knock off the bad elite & still be called the good elite, thus we must use information to get all to be good, to freely choice to be good all the time, just as Gd IS.
