Hello, I am looking for abit of help. I am creating a capacitive touch system with blue and Red LED'S that light up when touched. This is for a friend who has a disabled child, and it is going to be a learning aid for them. hav 2m of blue LED's and 2m of red LED's + x8 AA cells. I ned to create x2 capacitive touch pads that are 20x20cm and when the system is on the Blue LED's are lit up when either of the pads are touched, it changes to Red LED's on, and blue off, so it basically switchesLED'?

Is it possible to use this idea to replace arcade style controls (joysticks and pushbuttons connected to microswitches)?

@NinjaySRK you must connect a BCD to decimal decoder and some kind of relay or transistor. this way it is possible.

Why did you use a hatched plane pcb?

@papalevies it is easier for the home laser printer to print hatch patterns rather than solid areas.
